Description
Tapestry at Victoria Harbour is our newest community on Vancouver Island. At Tapestry, residents live healthy, engaged, purposeful and socially connected lives and experience personalized, resident-centric service. We are looking for experienced cook for our community.

In this role, the cook is comfortable planning prep, set-up and providing quality service in all areas of food production including, but not limited to daily features, special events and displays/presentations.

You bring a complete understanding of all basic food preparation skill sets with the ability to perform these tasks error-free.

You must also be comfortable serving food, interacting with residents and guests, and working as part of a collaborative team deliver an exceptional culinary experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum of three to five years cooking experience
  • Food Safe Level 1 certification preferred
  • Pursuing Red Seal certification preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting in the Restaurant

Compensation

Pay:
$23.50 per hour
