We're looking for someone who has a "roll up the sleeves" attitude to work in our Production & Operations Team to ensure project objectives are achieved.

We have a very relaxed atmosphere where jeans are the norm. However, our customer focus and true professionalism is what separates us from the rest.

Responsibilities:

Labour and Material scheduling for project tasks
Capacity planning with a focus on continuous improvement
Change order management
Liaise with customers
Liaise with different departments regarding project updates
Execute purchase orders for materials
Monitor and manage ongoing projects
Create project reports
And much more

Requirements:

Fluent in written and spoken English
Diploma/Certificate in related field considered an asset
Experience in related field considered an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and or google sheets
High level of attention to detail and organization
Solid time management skills and an ability to work independently to address tight schedules and multiple deadlines
