This crucial role will focus on strategic recruitment and HR management to support our expansive growth.

Role Overview


Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment and Staffing: Craft and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to the successful onboarding of new hires. Collaborate closely with department heads to accurately forecast hiring needs and develop positionspecific criteria.
  • HR Management: Establish and oversee HR policies and procedures that support the company's expansion while adhering to legal standards. Manage employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management systems. Provide expert guidance on HR matters, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain HR records.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to boost employee skills and foster a positive corporate culture. Assess and adjust the effectiveness of training initiatives to meet organizational needs.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives: Direct strategic HR projects, including workforce planning and HR technology implementations. Work in tandem with senior management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification such as CHRP or SHRM is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a HR or recruitment role, including 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in the retail or automotive sectors.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in mass hiring and managing comprehensive HR functions within a fastpaced, growthoriented environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in computer software for HR management, including HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant HR technologies.
  • Certifications: HR certifications such as CHRP, PHR, SHRM-CP are highly desirable.
