Responsibilities:


Tasks include entering and analyzing CSMS metrics, review and prepare data, trending safety observations, facilitating orientations, developing OHS internal training materials, perform safety inspections, perform hazard assessments and enter data into tracking databases, assist and support in the COR re-certification audit, assist in incident investigations and incident alerts, facilitate toolbox talks as required, assist in emergency preparedness, other safety-related tasks as required and other administrative duties as assigned.


Safety Responsibilities:

Keep self and others healthy and safe according to the policies procedures and guidelines of WorkSafe British Columbia Support the Workplace Health and Safety Management System; Ensure compliance to health and safety by being compliant to policies, standards, practices, procedures, rules, and legislation


Requirements:


  • Valid Class 5 BC driver's license
  • Advanced in MS Excel and other MS Office programs
- comfortable with public speaking, and presenting training material.

  • Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Clearance
  • Ability to provide the following upon hire:
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Status
