- Job Position Window Cleaner / Snow Removal Technician

- Clean residential and commercial windows and frames (inside and outside)
- Abide by WCWC safety standards, and safe work procedures and job practices
- Work on ladders (up to 40 feet) and lifts
- Maintain a good attitude and a friendly work environment
- Update progress and completed jobs for the day
- Perform projects efficiently, safely, and quickly.
- Get to job site and start projects on time, driving crew vehicle.
- Organize work and information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Project a professional and consistent image by adhering to company brand and standards
- Operate snow removal and plow equipment to clear sidewalks, parking lots, and other designated areas
– Remove snow and ice from surfaces using appropriate techniques and equipment
– Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing conditions
– Ensure safe operation of snow plow equipment and adherence to all safety protocols
– Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs and maintenance reports - Removing snow on various sites using shovel or blow pack.
- Availability must be flexible. Hours are based on snow fall. Includes evenings and weekends as needed
- Pay is based on experience and work performance.
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Driver's Licence W/ 3 Years of continuous insurance history (IN CANADA)
- Driving W/ no convictions or demerits (IN CANADA): 3 years (required)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Team Player, flexible and always seeking excellence
- Physically fit, able to lift 60Ibs or more and do other physical tasks
- Well developed communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with heights.
- Previous window cleaning experience
- Knowledge and experience with WHMIS, cleaning agents and cleaning equipment
- Familiar with different areas of the city
- experience with 2 cycle engines and small engine repair
- Ability to operate and maintain snow plow equipment effectively
- Understanding of proper techniques for clearing snow without damaging landscapes or structures
- Knowledge of building layouts and structures to efficiently clear snow from walkways, entrances, and parking areas
