- Participate in improvement initiatives related to production system, equipment installation and validation;
- Perform daily maintenance work and maintain appropriate records on all repairs in accordance to the GMP rules;
- Manage emergencies and optimize resources to resolve problems on a 24/7 basis operation facility;
- Create and complete work orders using the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system);
- Purchase consumable workshop stock;
- Determine the spare parts needed for repairing the production equipment and maintain the computerized inventory control program;
- Provide support to contractors and ensure that their work being performed meet the Abbott standards.
- Knowledge in electro-mechanic or mechanic on maintenance equipment;
- Technical expertise in Foods and/or Pharmaceuticals operation;
- Advanced knowledge of the French language, and basic knowledge of the English language.
