The Opportunity:

PART-TIME NIGHT MERCHANDISER - HAMILTON APPROX. 16 HOURS/WEEK

Position Summary:

Our client is a global beverage company.

Your role is to travel between store locations in your territory and ensure that our client ' s products are on the shelf and looking great Working from Thursday to Sunday, from 10:00 PM until approximately 4:00 AM, you will assist in driving sales by ensuring that the sales floor is stocked with products To do this, you will be bringing out product from the designated section in the store's backroom, pulling pallets onto the main floor and filling the shelves with all our client's brands across multiple areas of the store.

What You Will Be Doing Every Day:

Replenishing and merchandising our client's products throughout your stores during targeted days and hours
Transporting products between the backroom/storage room to frontofstore with manual or powered equipment (palletjack, hand truck)
Travelling to 2 or 3 stores per shift in your designated territory
Completing some online administration related to the work you completed, including submitting photographs

You enjoy physical labour and working with your hands. You're someone who takes pride in completing tasks well. You prefer working independently and don't mind working on repetitive tasks. Maybe you're a student with a flexible schedule. Maybe you're already employed, and you'd like to supplement your income with another part-time job.

A few other things we'll expect from you:

Merchandising experience in Grocery is preferred
Must be available to work from
Thursday to Sunday, starting no earlier than 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM, every week
Must be able to repetitively lift, carry and position product (weighing up to 50 lbs or 22 kg) above shoulder height without assistance
Full access to a reliable vehicle which is appropriately insured for the role
Must be able to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e. pallet jack, handtruck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance (Training and an allowance for safety shoes is provided)
Must be able to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and handeye coordination
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Have a cellular phone with a working camera to communicate send pictures/texts
