The sales consultant is responsible for assisting the customer by answering their questions and expectations in addition to advising them on the products.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and ensure good service
  • Advise customers and answer questions
  • Prepare, identify and place merchandise
  • Stay informed of new products, promotions, and company policies and procedures
  • Execute transactions, pack the merchandise and operate the cash register
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the premises and the back office

Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • Sales experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Speak French & English
