Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
Escort guests to their tables or waiting areas
Provide menus and assist with seating arrangements
Take and relay reservations or special requests to the appropriate staff
Answer phone calls and provide information about the hotel's services
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
Assist with coordinating seating for large parties or events
Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience

Experience:

Previous experience as a host/host or in customer service is preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
