    We are seeking an experienced Manager, Consulting - AML/Fraud Strategy, Operations. Cognizant Consulting (CC) is a global consulting organization delivering strategic and domain consulting through industry and technology expertise.

    Must haves skills

    • 8+ years of management consulting experience at an established consultancy or advisory group
    • Bachelor of Engineering, commerce, business, economics
    • Expertise in AML/Fraud program management and capabilities including policy advisory, governance, risk assessment, operating model design, process engineering, technology design, selection and implementation, vendor/third party solutions and landscape, transaction monitoring, investigation and reporting, AML/Fraud analytics, data modelling
    • Demonstrable skills in core consulting tools (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access etc.), methodologies (e.g., data analytics, data visualization, process mapping), frameworks and storyboarding
    • Honed skills in leading teams in high-impact, high-pressure environments
    • Broad, enterprise-wide business perspectives, and intermediate level proficiency in several of business and technology strategy, operations / process improvement, capabilities building, enabling technologies, and organization / governance
    • Strong work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence

    What you'll do

    Consulting engagement execution

    • Demonstrate creative and critical thinking to solve current challenges of and protect future threat to clients
    • Architect AML/Fraud solutions—including policy, strategy, operating model, risk assessment, and technology solutions—to add perceivable and measurable value to clients
    • Participate in the improvement of Cognizant's brand recognition in local markets

    Thought leadership

    • Conduct research on AML/Fraud market, regulatory and industry trends
    • Lead the development of new AML/Fraud services consulting offering
    • Assist in managing the firm's knowledge assets

    Practice development

    • Lead and mentor the internal teams
    • Develop training materials and modules
    • Perform case interviews

    Business development support

    • Lead pre-sales activities
    • Develop and review presentations and proposals for clients and prospects
    • Attract new clients and developing enhanced market offerings in AML/Fraud

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Ontario.
