What does a Security Guard in Toronto do?:

  • Greet, inform, direct and escort various users and visitors
  • Observing CCTV and performing other access control duties
  • Respond to emergencies and address them accordingly
  • Complete incident reports and daily reports
  • Conducting interior and mobile exterior patrols
  • Perform other tasks as per operational needs

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Toronto:

  • A valid security guard license and first aid card
  • Available to work flexible hours
  • Have a clear criminal background
  • Be eligible to work in Canada
  • Must have a G-License
  • Previous experience with access control systems desirable
