Cost Accounting Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Product Manufacturing Costs:
- Calculate and analyze product manufacturing costs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular cost audits to identify areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities.
Price and Labor Variances Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze price and labor variances to identify deviations from standard costs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to investigate and address any variances.
Inventory Control and WIP Valuation:
- Oversee inventory control processes and ensure accurate valuation of Work-in-Progress (WIP).
- Implement and maintain effective systems for tracking and reporting on inventory levels.
- Ability to implement a new ERP financial system
Contract Management and Billing:
- Manage contracts related to product manufacturing and ensure accurate billing processes.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between contracts and financial goals.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, providing insights into cost performance and financial health.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Annual Budgets and Cost Management:
- Lead the development of annual budgets, collaborating with various departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Implement strategies for effective cost management to achieve budgetary targets.
Cash Management:
- Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimize cash management.
- Work with treasury and finance teams to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
Accounts Receivable and Payable:
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Implement measures to minimize outstanding receivables and optimize payment terms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
Salary:
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
