    We are seeking an academic professional to fill a Lecturer/Assistant Professor position in the field of Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management.

    Job Description:

    • This is a full-time, one-year Limited Term Appointment opportunity that will commence on either May 1st or September 1st, depending on the needs of our department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. To teach core and elective courses in Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management within our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs.
    2. To develop and implement curriculum materials for teaching OB/HRM courses, including course outlines and learning objectives.
