Permanent, full-time (30 to 40 hours per week)
Wage:
$ $35.66 per hour (dependent on experience), with an overtime rate of $ $53.49 per hour above 40 hours per week
Vacation: 8 % in lieu of paid vacation days
Language required:
Must be able to communicate in English

JOB DUTIES.
The following duties will be performed in this position:
- Directing the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade.
- Operating vibratory screed and other tools and equipment to place, consolidate, level and smooth freshly placed concrete.
- Using hand tolls to edge, float and finish concrete slabs, stairs and other concrete structures.
- Using gas and diesel powered equipment to power trowel and machine finish concrete slabs.
- Imparting the desired concrete finish using hand tools and power tools.
- Repairing damages sections of concrete floors, walls and other concrete structures.
The successful applicant will possess, at a minimum, the following skills and experience:
- No formal education is required.
- At least two years' recent industry experience in concrete finishing on commercial, industrial and highrise residential projects.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
