ABBYLAND LOGISTICS
This position has responsibility for managing several aspects of the day-to-day logistics coordination needs of customers.

This role will involve communicating with drivers, carriers, vendors, and customers to provide the most cost effective and efficient services.

Responsibilities

Develop and build strong working relations with drivers, customers, carriers and related parties
Exhibit good judgment and the ability to make quick decisions in support of the workload demands
Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service when dealing with vendors and customers
Provide other support as required to the Logistics Team
Book loads and schedule delivery and pickup for drivers
Coordinate and assist with the dispatch of daily truck routes
Work with truck drivers and customers to ensure that freight arrives on time at the right location
Source loads from a variety of sources in a way that maximizes truck profitability and prioritizes safety as well as driver retention
Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system with assistance of Fuel Cards for all vehicles and drivers.
