Description

• Install pavers and retaining walls according to design specifications
• Operate heavy machinery, including tracked buggies, excavators, and skid steers, to excavate and prepare hardscape installation sites
• Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install hardscape materials
• Maintain equipment and tools used in hardscape installations
• Ensure that installations meet safety standards and comply with local codes
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project timelines are met
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardscape installation
• Experience operating heavy machinery
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to hardscape installations
• Ability to read and interpret design specifications
• Attention to detail and a commitment to highquality work
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and operate equipment for extended periods
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
