Summary


This role is to help drive brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive direct-to-consumer traffic and acquire leads/customers.

The role will be directly involved in the day-to-day monitoring and management of the websites and paid performance media.

While working closely with the VP, of Ecommerce & Marketplace, and a wide range of external and internal team members from our digital media agencies to finance, sales, merchandising, marketing, and brand management.


Experience

The main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Assist in all areas of digital marketing including Google paid search, Meta sponsor ads, affiliate offers, Amazon marketplace and retailer partnerships
  • Create, manage, and troubleshoot posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google to drive traffic and conversions to the website
  • Help to execute a strong performance digital marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via all digital media channels
  • Working closely with the management to share reporting and funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
  • Monitors and manages the website through Shopify update graphics, writes content, creates landing pages, etc.
  • Analyses target market, current market conditions, and successful competitor information, to assist in formulating strategies to expand brand recognition and achieve overall success in the promotion of existing and future brands

Job Requirements

  • You have completed a recognized postsecondary degree or college program in digital marketing, communications or other relevant disciplines
  • You have 1+ years of digital marketing experience, SEO/SEM expertise, and social media marketing experience
  • You have 1+ years of experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords Campaigns and Meta Ads
  • You have 1+ years working with Google Analytics
  • You understand technical copywriting for SEO and SEM purposes
  • You understand the process of building and maintaining ecommerce websites
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Suite is a plus

Key Skills

  • Experience in digital media operations and publishing on platforms Shopify, Klaviyo, Hoot Suite (or similar) and Google Ads
  • Diligence and detailoriented in the execution of tasks
  • Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment while responding quickly to business needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and people skills

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
