Position Summary

Inspect and report in process manufacturing activities and materials in compliance with all Company and ISO 9001 quality standards.

Duties

• Inspection of incoming materials.
• Process audit on all work stations.
• Perform pre-shipment checks.
• Handling and reporting of returned goods (RMA).
• 1. Prepare trend analysis of quality issues as required, including Leak Data analysis and Copper and Aluminum scrap analysis
• Write non-conformance reports.
• Follow up on the recommended corrective actions and report to management.
• Participate annually in the ISO audit to ensure company wide compliance.
• Participate in the review of Company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Calibration of measuring instruments.
• Sample inspection and reporting
• Other tasks as assigned by Management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Minimum two year diploma in Mechanical/Industrial field

Experience

• A minimum 2 years experience in light engineering manufacturing facility.
• Practical knowledge to ISO 9001: 2015 is required.
• Experience in Automotive/Sheet Metal industry is preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of quality assurance strategies
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening);
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
• Able to read Sheet Metal drawings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.78 per hour
