Responsibilities:


  • Support the Reservations Team
  • Maintain an orderly and clean environment in reservation area.
  • Be able to answer phone calls, book hotel and spa offerings and give correct information on ALL room packages and gift card types.
  • Assist with payroll, schedules, vacations, leaves, etc.
  • Maintain an attitude and a level of service in accordance with the Forbes Service standards.
  • Work with Director and Assistant Director of Revenue and Reservations to understand and execute the revenue plan and manage rooms inventory.
  • Be available to provide answers to the team's questions.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and preparing PBX/Reservations Agents to respond to guest questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products.
  • Ensure agents understand and comply with all service standards, and hotel policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, provide learning or coaching opportunities, and take corrective action, if necessary.
  • Assist with preparing reports and analyzing data.
  • Work with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Previous Front Office/Reservations/Revenue a strong asset.
  • Minimum 1year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language, secondary language a benefit.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours throughout the entire week _(evenings and weekends)._
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
