Job Description:
- Book customer appointments/calls, followups, and CRM management
- Obtain and organize all the supporting documents required for mortgage assessments
- Provide regular updates to clients and referral partners
- Supply marketing support for existing and prospective clients such as industry updates, birthday/holiday greetings, and other activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Applicants with prior experience in financial services will be considered first
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, analytical and problemsolving skills
Future Growth Opportunities:
Depending on your interest and abilities, you will have the opportunity to grow into an account manager (sales department) OR an underwriter (mortgage department).
Salary:
From $22.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Financial services: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
- Tagalog (preferred)

Hybrid remote in Burnaby, BC
