Job Description:

  • Book customer appointments/calls, followups, and CRM management
  • Obtain and organize all the supporting documents required for mortgage assessments
  • Provide regular updates to clients and referral partners
  • Supply marketing support for existing and prospective clients such as industry updates, birthday/holiday greetings, and other activities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Applicants with prior experience in financial services will be considered first
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management, analytical and problemsolving skills

Future Growth Opportunities:


Depending on your interest and abilities, you will have the opportunity to grow into an account manager (sales department) OR an underwriter (mortgage department).


Salary:
From $22.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Financial services: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (required)
  • Tagalog (preferred)
