    Job Title: Solutions Designer - CRM Expert

    About the Job
    We are seeking an experienced Solutions Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex CRM systems, ensuring compliance with architecture frameworks and system standards.

    Main Responsibilities
    • Crafting technical designs and solutions based on client service specifications, standards, policies, and best practices.
    • Liaising with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop application solutions that meet expectations.


    Requirements
    To succeed in this role, you will need:
    • Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, supporting, developing, maintaining, and configuring Salesforce solutions.
    • Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant certification is a must-have.
    • Familiarity with Vlocity platform capabilities including FlexCards DataRaptors Integration Procedures Calculation Matrices OmniScripts Vlocity Data Model Salesforce.com Lightning Web Components (LWC).
