Essential Job Functions:
- Receives job orders from local employers
- Completes thorough needs assessment of hiring criteria and develops a strategy
- Works with our Learning & Design team to develop customized preemployment training plans
- Promotes job opportunities to our network of Service Providers
- Provides feedback and suggestions to case workers to better support job seekers
- Works with service provider staff to communicate accommodation needs of jobseekers to employers
- Assesses and responds to the needs of each client or assignment.
- Develops repository of clients by sector readiness.
- Hosts job fairs. Performs other duties as assigned. This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Education in social services, employment services, human services, human resources, or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years recruitment and sales experience
- Strong understanding of the highly barriered client
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrable knowledge of
- outstanding communication skills, written and oral.
- strong MS Office skills
- Demonstrable ability to
Supervisory Responsibility:
This has no direct reports.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. but will be determined by your supervisor. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
