Job summary
This full-time position as an Elevator Device Mechanic is based in Regina. The role involves the installation,maintenance, repair and modernization of elevators and related systems. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues,ensuring safety compliance conducting routine maintenance checks and working collaboratively with other team members to provide quality service.
- Strong knowledge of elevator maintenance,troubleshooting and repair
- Experience working with elevators and proficiency in understanding their mechanical electrical components
- Competence in electricity including wiring circuitry and related technical skills
- Able to perform regular maintenance repairs with attention to detail adhesion
safety regulations - Strong problem-solving critical-thinking skills Excellent communication teamwork abilities li>Certification or licensure as an Elevator Mechanic (as required by local regulations)
- Prior experience in a similar role or the elevator construction/maintenance industry is an asset
