Your contributions to the team include:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote new developments, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels
  • Organize and host events, such as open houses and property tours, to showcase our townhomes and build relationships with prospects
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the purchasing a timely manner
  • Conduct evening and weekend showings and walk throughs as required
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Attend networking events to promote the business and generate leads in the local community
  • Generate sales leads and maintain pipeline information in data base

What you need to be successful:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
