Description
Your contributions to the team include:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote new developments, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels
- Organize and host events, such as open houses and property tours, to showcase our townhomes and build relationships with prospects
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the purchasing a timely manner
- Conduct evening and weekend showings and walk throughs as required
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Attend networking events to promote the business and generate leads in the local community
- Generate sales leads and maintain pipeline information in data base
What you need to be successful:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
