Outbound Lead Generation / Appointment Setting RepresentativeWork-from-Home - Remote Position
Unified is looking for experienced Call Centre Lead Generation / Appointment Setting Representatives to make outbound calls to WARM LEADS to book appointments.
- Full-Time positions available between 1pm to 9pm EST
100% remote position working from home
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Call Centre Customer Service environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls
- Sales and Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction
- Strong English communication and people skills written and verbal communication
- Open to flexibility in schedule including working extended or extra shifts
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience on each and every call
