  • Efficient process management of front desk operations
  • Good time management skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management software: Jane App is a strong asset
  • Experience working as a medical clinic office manager/admin
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service
  • Previous knowledge/experience of administrative and clerical protocols
  • Knowledge of customer services practices
  • Proficient in microsoft word, excel and general computer skills
  • Reliability and flexibility with work schedule
  • Punjabi/Hindi speaking is an asset but NOT a requirement
  • Knowledge and experience with collections and accounts receivables

Job Types:
