Make your own hours for the day, pay a reasonable rent, direct billing payments go directly to you, and have the flexibility to make up lost shifts due to vacation or illness.

Here is what we offer:

The first 3 month's rent is free upon signing of a contract

Rent is a 30/70 split with a cap of $.00 per month for full-time. A day rate is offered for part-time. If you are interested in having your own business but need a room to rent we are open to discussing that as well.
