Description

We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter (contract) for 3+ months to join the Talent Acquisition team at Circle Medical Technologies.

As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to be a part of our team. This position may be based out of San Francisco, California, or be remote in the U.S. for the right

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead a full cycle technical recruiting services with an emphasis on building strong and lasting hiring manager relationships
Fully support and adhere to the Circle Medical recruitment process
Collaborating with hiring managers and team leads to fully capture the role and responsibilities for each position, set realistic technical requirements
Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and your performance data
Work with the People team to define the compensation range and details for each new position

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite or related software

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

College degree or equivalent work related experience
At least 2 years related experience as a recruiter
Full cycle recruitment experience

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE:

Proven track record with other startups or VC funded companies
Prior experience in a healthcare or healthcare tech environment

COMPENSATION
In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries and contractual rates based on location.

This is a contract position with an hourly rate between CAD $40 - $55/hour.
