Job Overview
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible to grow our business through various channels including:
- SuperPass commercial fleet program
- Bulk delivered fuel
- Onsite Refuelling
- Lubricants
The primary role of the Sales Account Manager will be to focus on various commercial and industrial industries to grow the business - by acquiring new clients, while also providing service and support to existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops new business opportunities to achieve territory growth plans, by following the sales funnel process including prospecting, qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, negotiating and closing opportunities for new sales.
- Prospects new sales opportunities and follows through on sales lead, to secure new business
- Manages a base portfolio of accounts, offering services and support, while also focusing on growth and optimization opportunities
- Provides best in class service and customer relationship management for existing and new customer accounts
- Proposes technical and commercial solutions to existing and prospective customers
- Maintains accurate and organized records of daily activities using the CRM tool
- Gathers information on the assigned territory, identify competitors, their services, and strategies.
- Prepares and delivers sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Works collaboratively with others to share ideas, foster team building and participate in all sales development related processes
Required Qualifications
Skills and Knowledge:
- Skilled at negotiating, problem solving and decision making
- Ability to expertly present ideas, through presentations
- Expert at nurturing long term relationships
- Works well independently and also in a team environment
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Strong listening skills and an inherent ability to focus on customers needs
- Sales experience and knowledge
- Ability to deal effectively with customers at various levels
Additional Information
- The Territory for this position is Burnaby, Surrey, Coquitlam,Sea to Sky, Northshore and Vancouver
- This position includes both a base salary as well as 20,000 fixed commission (for first year and then variable based on performance) compensation
- Computer skills
- Microsoft office, Sales Force.
Job Types:

Salary:
$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
