Line Cook
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of food items for catering events
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare sauces, dressings, and marinades
- Assist with food inventory management and rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary:
From $19.00 per hour
