ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER - _Steel Door & Hardware_

We presently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced _Estimator/Project Manager _specializing in
Steel Door & Hardware Sales in
Winnipeg, Manitoba and surrounding areas.

You will be working closely with our office staff, suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all materials, project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• 3+ year experience in door & hardware sales (_asset_)
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel & Google Workspace
• Experience using QuickBooks to create purchase orders (_asset_)
• Ordering products for commercial projects
• Experience and working knowledge of commercial hardware products and their functions
• Estimating steel doors frames and hardware
• Executing shop drawings process with General Contractor/Architect
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Fluently speak, read and write English
• Must have time management skills with attention to detail
• Must complete projects within specified deadlines
• Must have current driver's license and personal transportation
• Proficiency in MS Office package
• Project budget management experience (_asset_)
