MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Air Liquide's offer as a project manager in management systems or IT projects requires an integration of processes and systems with a customer-centric approach.

We perform process and system integration with a customer-centric approach.


Our Bulk Gas (IBO) division will bring a set of key multi-layered initiatives to achieve best-in-class asset loading and cost competitiveness, which requires leading new key projects to prepare for transformation in line with PI's IBO roadmap.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • The role of the Project Manager will be to support the Bulk Gas Division in the supply chain.
  • Lead or support the following projects: Statistical Forecasting, Dynamic Resources.
  • Work with stakeholders from multiple divisions.
  • Implement processes for the entire Air Liquide group.
  • Foster effective collaboration with other technology leaders
  • Enable the transformation of existing business processes into an identified global standard by supporting organizational change management.
  • Gather and work with future users to facilitate process changes.
  • Create training and educate people.
  • Develop a strong project environment with each stakeholder to ensure we stay on track.
  • Chart to adopt new KPI's.

REQUIRED TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Education**:


  • Engineering or computer science, systems developer or IT project management.
  • Discipline: Computer Science / Project Management.
  • Engineering with project management.

Languages :
Bilingualism is essential; French and English spoken and written.


KNOWLEDGE:


  • High communication skills to interact with different profiles nationwide.
  • High problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Enjoys supply chain technology, being creative, customer and user oriented.
  • Approaches and ideas; Presents ideas and information in a way that gets the attention of others. Thinks outside the box to effect change.
  • Develops project plans: Communicates changes and progress, completes projects on time and on budget.
  • Google Suite an asset.
  • Team player
  • Project management skills.
  • Work experience: 5+ years in IT or wholesale distribution projects.
