Job summary
This position is responsible for administrative duties for the main office including supporting executive assistants in their roles within their organizational business units as well as general administration and office management duties.Responsibilities
- Greets/welcomes visitors to the Administration office promptly and courteously
- Receives and sends courier packages and mail including weekly inter-office mail between various Silvera sites
