We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives for a local painting company.

This role involves engaging with homeowners in designated neighbourhoods to promote our painting services.


Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with residents in targeted areas, explaining the benefits and features of our painting services.
• Distribute marketing materials and business cards.
• Answer basic questions about our services and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Collect contact information from potential clients for followup.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with doortodoor sales approach.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Must be able to work outdoors and walk for extended periods.
