Job summary
The Health Care Aide (HCA) works in a Resident Family Centered Care environment that focuses on meeting the comprehensive and complex care needs of the Residents and their families in a home like setting. The HCA will enhance the Residents activities of daily living by providing compassionate Resident centered care.Qualifications
- Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months of hire.
- Nursing students currently enrolled in an approved Alberta nursing program who have successfully completed a minimum of 100 hours of practicum; and are either in their 1st year of practical nursing program; or 2nd year of baccalaureate nursing or psychiatric nursing program will be considered.
