Description
This person will collaborate with cross-functional leads within NAOU and CCCBL:

  • Franchise leadership, Finance, Commercial teams, Customer teams, NAOU fountain/BIB related teams
  • CCFS related: NAOU Customer care, Supply Chain Operations, thirdparty warehouse lead (3PW), National Foodservice Distribution (NFD), NAOU CCFS Commercial, marketing, innovation leadership, Customer agreement team (CAT), Finance

Duration of Contract: 12-18 months


Location:
This position will be based in Canada, prefer Greater Toronto Area

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Required Experience (5+ years):


  • Coca-Cola system experience
  • Collaboration across crossfunctional teams
  • Relationship building, influencing and stakeholder management
  • Project management

  • Customer or commercial management experience
  • Critical thinking and problem solving across complex situations
  • Team leadership through fast paced change and innovation

Preferred experience an asset:


  • Project Management Office experience and/or process mapping
  • Coca-Cola system experience
relating to dispensed business including BIB and CCFS

  • Supply Chain and logistics

Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive dispensed business performance results
  • Become System Dispensed Subject Matter Expert
  • Lead Dispensed joint system Project team engaging all stakeholders and workstream leads to develop dispensed strategy including future BIB and CCFS commercial and operating models
  • Integrate dispensed strategy into Annual Business Planning Process (ABP)
  • Collaborate with Franchise, CCCBL Sales and NAOU marketing teams to align resources to deliver the dispensed ABP
  • Dispensed strategy includes development of outlet LOS by subchannel, merch standards, RGM/OBPPC (including annual rate) and flavour innovation
  • Work with NAOU teams to Canadianize all Sales & Capabilities tools
  • Identify capability gaps and collaborate with teams to develop customer selling strategies
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to Commercialize Innovation (Equipment, product and experiences)
  • Develop routines with finance team to drive dispensed business results

  • NAOU owns P&L responsibility and Route To Market operations while CCCBL leads customer facing sales, support and responsibility (vs BIB all operations responsibility within CCCBL)_
  • Lead NAOU stakeholder engagement to ensure support, issue resolution for Canada's CCFS customers and CCCBL teams; optimize support from NAOU through acting as primary interface for CCCBL with CCFS HQ Technical and Commercial Teams, IT, Product Supply, Customer Care, Distribution, Supply Chain Operations, 3PW, Finance
  • Proactive leadership to develop and improve CCFS processes
  • Route to Market Operations, Reporting, Rebates, Innovation launches, communications
  • Work with franchise and customer teams to plan equipment needs for upcoming year and define clear process for upgrading equipment requests

Technical Skills:


  • Project Management: Ability to effectively communicate project plans, timelines, progress, and resource needs across various levels within the organization as well as external stakeholders.
  • Resource Management to

Realign Business Plan:
Ability to redirect or reposition resources (i.e., time, money, and people) towards mutually beneficial business solutions.
