In your role, you will:

Provide strategic vision for policy, risk management and security awareness.
Significantly contribute to the overall cyber security strategic roadmap and investment decisions.
Represent the cyber security function across all layers of the business, including senior leadership, IT and business functions.
Manage the development, deployment and monitoring of cyber security policy.
Lead risk management, ensuring endtoend identification, reporting and tracking of risks.
Lead the security awareness program, ensuring a riskbased approach to employee cyber training and awareness.
Bring technical and business expertise to the cyber security team, develop and mentor members of the team, and drive a culture of highperformance.

Qualifications

You have over 12 years of cyber security experience, 8 years of which include leading teams.
You hold a bachelor's degree.
You have strong management and leadership skills with a focus on talent development and building highperforming teams.
You have expert knowledge of cyber security and extensive knowledge of aviation.
You have strong knowledge of industry threats, trends, regulations, and laws.
You are a leader with initiative, able to mobilize and engage both your direct team and supporting teams.
You have excellent presence, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and solve problems.
Ability to work in fast paced, demanding environment.
You have a strategic mindset, able to develop creative ideas/solutions by engaging the business internally and externally.
Some activities will require work outside of normal business hours and may also require some related travel.
