DEMOLITION WORKER

Job Description - DEMOLITION WORKER
Duties include the controlled deconstruction of interior walls, ceilings and floors of commercial spaces.

Use of manual and power tool assisted demolition methods, including lifting of debris into waste management bins or dump truck.


Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills
  • Works well on verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to learn quickly pertaining to the scope of work
  • Able to recognize and adhere to all safety protocols following safe work practices
  • Physically fit, good dexterity and vision
  • Able to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work after hours, weekends and outoftown work (when required)
  • Must have your own hand tools
  • Must have cell phone
  • Must have your own transportation or able to use public transit
  • Punctual and reliable
