Your role in our team:
Reporting to the National Director of Operations, the Parts Clerk is in charge of parts and warehouse management.
He/she also acts as an advisor to our customers on all compressor parts/components. He/she must offer outstanding customer service in order to maximize the satisfaction of Reapair Compressor Services customers.
Role and responsibilities:
- Receive and ship merchandise;
- Prepare orders for shipment;
- Prepare quotations for customers;
- Enter customer orders into system;
- Keep warehouse clean and safe;
- Organize and coordinate transport of goods;
- Prepare parts bins for service technicians;
- Help control inventory and participate in annual counts;
- Move stock into inventory, as required;
- Any other related tasks contributing to the smooth running of warehouse operations.
Skills and aptitudes:
- Good physical condition (able to lift loads daily);
- Good management of priorities;
- Positive attitude;
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Good organizational skills;
- Good team spirit;
- Customer satisfaction at heart.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in the same or similar position;
- Experience or fluency in forklift operation;
- Computer literate (up to 75% of work is done on computer);
- Knowledge of pneumatic mechanics (an asset);
- Knowledge of Prophet21 software (an asset).
