- Collaborate with industry partners to gather intel for the specific competencies required for each course in the program.
- Work closely with an NBCC Learning Design Consultant who will prepare the curriculum.
- Identify resources and ensure strong connections with industry and post secondary educational institutions during the development phase of this initiative.
- Required qualifications include experience and knowledge relevant to the agricultural sector. The successful candidate will be a team-player, accountable, and committed to collaboration with others.
- Highly flexible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to navigate and build relationships effectively throughout the organization.
- Working Knowledge/High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and innovative thinking.
