As a Falk product specialist, you will work directly with our Falkbuilt branches to help train and educate them on a new line of operable walls recently introduced by Falk.
Background with operable walls is ideal but not necessary. Full training will be provided.Key Accountabilities
- Work with Falkbuilt Branches, Architects, Designers and Falk Customers / End users to communicate our operable wall solutions
- Must have a good understanding of interior construction
- Work closely with the Falk training team to assist in creating the necessary training material
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to support them in improving their processes related to operable walls
Requirements:
- Construction Experience is ideal but not mandatory
- Customer Service Experience is ideal but not mandatory
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Proficient in reading and extrapolating from construction documents
Personal Suitability
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral communication, proficiency in English
- Excellent written communication
- Strong organizational skills are a must
- High attention to detail
- Disciplined with ability to give and take critical feedback
- Confidence in decision making
Working Conditions
- Able to work in a fastpaced working environment to meet tight deadlines
- Able to sit or stand for duration of working hours
- Able to thrive in an open office environment
- Position includes time within an office and a manufacturing environment
- Dogs are in the office regularly
- Collaborative, fun, hardworking, hardplaying atmosphere
- Ability to travel between work sites and international installations as required
