The _Manager, Patient Support Program_s is responsible for the implementation, and efficient management of Patient Support Services (PSS), particularly in regard to supporting the Patient Support Team in ensuring program success and promoting consistency in Program processes.

The Manager, PSP oversees the development and maintenance of program-related workflows, HOME configuration, training materials, resourcing, and the maintenance of the PSP past the implementation phase.

This is accomplished by collaborating with the Patient Support Team in monitoring the programs progress, ensuring program training materials remain current, and executing cost-effective resolutions to any issues.

Bilingualism is a strong asset.


Accountabilities

  • Oversees the Patient Support Team and their supporting teams to ensure that all Programs run efficiently and follow the same procedures and processes to promote consistency across the Programs.
  • Communicates program updates to Operations Management on an ongoing basis.
  • Implements changes that impact all Programs and increase effectiveness of daytoday operations, processes and procedures.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with clients, vendors and partners and contributes to business development by promoting Alio Health's services.
  • Manages setup of all new programs in development.
  • Acts as the point of contact for the Patient Support Team and other operations staff regarding any questions and/or concerns, including participation in Performance Reviews.
  • Works with Operations and Clinical departments to ensure that Health Care Practitioners (HCP) are following proper workflows, issues are addressed in a timely fashion, and that there is consistency in communication between operations and HCPs.

  • Previous Management experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Patient Support Programs is required.
  • Must have experience working with pharmaceutical clients.
  • Must have experience working with Nurses.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
