Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare estimates for residential and commercial projects

  • Prepare estimates for remodeling projects
  • Prepare estimates for new construction projects
  • Prepare estimates for small to large commercial projects
  • Prepare estimates for multifamily units
  • Prepare estimates for offsite construction projects
  • Prepare bid packages, submittals, and change orders
  • Prepare bid packages, submittals, and change orders
for off-site construction projects

  • Prepare bid packages, submittals, and change orders
for new construction projects

  • Prepare bid packages, change orders, submittals, and change orders using industry specific software programs as needed.
  • Assist with preparation of the final contract package including all required documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
This is a full-time position with benefits. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This is a position requiring the ability to work in our Mississauga, ON office.


Job Types:

Salary:
$85,542.72-$161,335.41 per year
