Computer Consultant Responsibilities and Duties
Assist and support staff and users in the use of computer hardware, software and networks.

Troubleshoot and resolve end user questions and problems.

Maintain software and documentation libraries.

Provide workstation technical support.

Perform testing of functionalities.

Troubleshoot network printers and multi-function devices.

Develop and implement user and security procedures.

Provide instructional classes for students, faculty, consultants and other users.

Provide hands-on training to students, consultants and other users.

Evaluate, understand and implement new developments and technologies.

Salary:
$41.12-$58.08 per hour
