Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) is a Crown corporation responsible for arranging supports and services for adults with developmental disabilities and their families.
The Role:
As a Quality Service Analyst at CLBC, you are responsible for representing CLBC as the primary point of contact for service providers
Accountabilities include:
- Identifying opportunities for agency service reorganization and assisting with the implementation Developing service contracts or agreements and negotiating the costing details and quantities
- Liaising with key staff regarding current funding limitations or delays and participating as a team member in local budget management Conducting onsite reviews (homes, staffed residential facilities, programs, etc.) and investigating competency issues
- Consulting with Facilitators about support requests and needs, service availability and resource suitability for the individuals we serve to assess a variety of issues
- Working with the Facilitator in assisting individuals and their families who are experiencing a crisis Recruiting and developing new service relationships
- Ensuring service collaboration and developing costsharing agreements
- Receiving financial reports and reviewing details to ensure delivery of agreedupon services for approved funding supports and providing feedback on corrective action requirements to improve/ address service deficiencies
Qualifications
- Experience working in the social services sector in areas such as resource development or contract management
- An equivalent combination of relevant education/experience may be considered

Social Program Officer (Growth to R24) / Position starts at $59,288 to $66,557 annually
