AP clerk
We are currently seeking an AP clerk to join our sister company, 'Deskk Accounting Services Corporation.' Deskk operates within the same office as Andrews & Co.
Services provided include, but are not limited to, full cycle accounting, month and year end closes, cash flow management, financial reporting, and Controller to CFO advisory services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Entering of expenses and monitoring of accounts payable.
- Interacting with client regularly as part of the accounts payable process.
- Managing multiple tasks effectively to adhere to fixed deadlines.
- Development and maintenance of client relationships.
- Collaborating with Senior Staff Accountant on a daily basis.
Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge:
- 1 to 3 years of accounting experience is considered an asset.
- Experience dealing with the public and/or customer support is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience working in SAP is considered a strong asset.

- Three weeks of vacation per year (starting), increasing to four weeks after 5 years.
