Sales Coordinator.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales Team in developing and maintaining their customer accounts.

Some of the job duties will include, but are not limited to:


  • Picking up and delivering units as required.
  • Keeping vehicle lot orderly, moving units as directed by the Lease and Sales Manager.
  • Keeping unit keys stored in a secure location and ensure all units are locked.
  • Administration of sales files.
  • Inventory control.
  • Data base administration.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 13 years related administrative experience.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Word and Excel
