Porchlight is currently recruiting for a
Service Technician and Home Warranty Specialist to join our team.


Reporting to the Client Care Manager, this position will be responsible for conducting service calls and resolving home warranty concerns in customers residences while providing respectful, responsive, and reliable service.

You will work with the Client Care and Operations teams to assess customer needs and requirements to deliver an exceptional client experience.

This position is also responsible for coordinating service through trade and service partners when necessary and escalating to the Client Care Manager as required.


  • At least three (3) years of proven experience in performing finishing aspects of residential multifamily construction, coupled with experience in warranty service work.
  • Functional understanding of multifamily home mechanical including plumbing, fire caulking, HVAC, flooring, light electrical, painting, drywall etc.
  • A valid driver's license with the ability to provide an acceptable drivers abstract.
  • Ability and willingness to provide a clear Police Background Check.

- with strong time management and prioritization skills.
