Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Duties:

Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, monitor shipments, and generate reports
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished as needed
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a safe work environment for all employees
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies in shipments
Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment

Experience:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and procedures
Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Ability to operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment
Experience with order fulfillment processes and procedures
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required in a warehouse setting
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong problemsolving abilities

Pay:
$75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
