We are looking for a
Part-Time
Data Entry Clerk to join our team in FreshPoint Vancouver.

This is an entry-level
part-time Data Entry Clerk position to assist the accounting and sales with order entry, purchase orders and other clerical work.

Responsibilities:

Accurate data entry of purchase orders and credits using the AS400 system
Update price lists obtained from sales
Assist in shipping and receiving department as required
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Completion of postsecondary education
Previous experience in an office administration, reception, dateentry or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Excel, Word & Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills verbal and written communications
Available to on statutory holidays

Location:

1020 Malkin Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6A 3S Accessible to multiple transit lines.
Please note that this is an onsite role due to the nature of the position.

Work Schedule:

Parttime hours
Friday to Sunday from 5pm to 9pm
Extra coverage maybe needed during the week (if necessary)
Statutory holiday coverage required
